    Hate to complain but my wife ordered me the two recent Wrigley bootleg shows when this Black Friday sale was in effect, and lo and behold they just came yesterday. What is the point of having a black friday promo, when you know people use sales that weekend for holiday gifts, when the shipment won't get shipped till January. Second time in two years that she gave me a profanity laden note wrapped up for Christmas in place of the CDs (which is actually pretty funny).

    Nugs is bullshit! They must be the only retailer who actually shuts down during December. Just ridiculous. Great business model.

    I received my late October order and still waiting on early-Mid November orders.

    LOL ... I just got confirmation from Nugs that My Nov 27 & 29 orders have now shipped.

    So now I wait another 3 weeks for the slow ass mail system they use.

    2015 and 2016 Boxsets ordered on November 21, received in Canada on December 21.  The 2016 box is damaged, contacted Nugs right away and the replacement box is on its way.  No complaint regarding Nugs on my part.

    Yes way

    I don't imagine there are many businesses that can operate they way Nugs does and remain in business.

    They are lucky we are suckers for live music.

    In the past I have been a fairly patient person with Nugs and always expected my CD order to take a month, but 2 months is starting to push it

    I ordered the EU version of Vault 8 on December 20th and received it yesterday in NY!  Maybe we should all use the EU store more often?

    It was the same cardboard packaging with red print that has been poster before. It was totally intact and the vinyl was not visible from the outside. I did, however, have one dinged corner on the vinyl's book, but it's nothing I will really ever notice. I just happened to see it because I was inspecting for damage. 

    What I'm really curious about is how the sound compares to the US version. The waiting drove me mad!
