Terror attack in Australia

Sounds pretty crazy and lucky that more people weren't injured or killed when the make shift bomb didn't explode. I don't know what the factors are surrounding this incident, but thankfully he was only brandishing a knife when confronted by police. Hard to say yet, but maybe due to the gun laws in Australia he was unable to obtain one and make this an even worse situation with dozens of casualties.

Officers were initially called to reports of a car fire near Bourke Street, a busy thoroughfare, at about 16:20 local time (05:20 GMT), just before the evening rush hour.

Police later discovered that the vehicle was packed with "barbecue-style" gas cylinders. Footage circulating on social media shows the vehicle crashed into shop fronts, engulfed by flames.

However, the cylinders did not explode, police said.

"As they got out of the car, they were confronted by a male brandishing a knife and threatening them," Supt David Clayton said at a news conference.

Just make things a little challenging for the psychos that want to kill a bunch of people.

I was thinking of having lunch in the heart of the city yesterday after finishing my uni exam.
Lucky I decided to go home.
Got home just before it happened. 
Feeling sad for the victim that died from being stabbed.
This is the third incident in recent times in my city.

Police were way too patient with the loser. He should have been shot much earlier.

Devastated a beautiful man was killed. He ran to help the terrorist thinking he crashed his car.
His cafe is why Melbourne has such a good coffee culture.
