These are both fairly common, but you don't come across factory sealed copies very often.
The 1st is the Oceans digipak CD. Factory Sealed with the Tower Records price tag on it still.
http://www.pjcollectors.com/detail.asp?id=1082nd is the Jeremy picture CD from the UK. Factory sealed with no price tag at all.
