I have one unopened, I think it's Vault # 31 that I received because I was too late cancelling my subscription. 
I'll have to double check when I get home.

I have:
vault 15 (Jack White and the Bricks) opened but fabulous condition
vault 23 (under amazonian lights) opened but fabulous condition
vault 29 (pearl jam at third man) opened but fabulous condition
vault 33 (icky thump X) sealed (I think it's sealed-if it's not it has never been played)

I also have Bluderbuss on vinyl inverted lightning bolt sealed. 

I can do some research and post prices as soon as I can. I have a busy few days with shows and a friend coming in from out of town, but I will do it.

I have Vault 30, 32, 33 and 34 still in original boxes. Also, 36, played once. There are others, Loretta Lynn, Margo Price, PJ and others I need to identify.
