PJ songs with months in the lyrics

hi guys

i'm making my girlfriend a calendar for next year for a christmas present and i want a nice line/lyric to put on there for each month.

so far the only one i have is:
"a snowflake falls in may" from Man Of The Hour.

i don't think there is any more! help me, please! also, if i can't find one for december i will use "oh please let me sleep, it's christmas time". you get the idea. also, if there's no PJ ones i will use other alternative bands. her other favourites are Green Day, REM, Manic Street Preachers, Jimmy Eat World. anyway, any suggestions welcome! please help! thanks :)

  • Fatal has the line "When April's in May."

also, for December you also have the option of Deep, with the line "Christmas clean love..."

There may be more. I'll think on it. I gotta go to work.

  • thanks, forgot about those.

is there any more floating about?
  • maybe for January you could use "after every winter, there's a springtime ahead..." from Thumbing My Way.

  • Go to theskyiscrape.com and search under lyrics for different months! I'll go and try for you. This is a great idea.

edit - oooh...not much. I couldn't find any stuff that hadn't been mentioned here already, except for mentions of 'july' in songs that were PJ-related, but not actual PJ songs. ex Croon Spoon.
  • You could always use GNR's November Rain...Isn't there one about "last stop...election day" by PJ that you could use for Nov?
  • yes, sorry i had already tried that on theskyiscrape with little results. thanks for the thumbing my way one though. i will use that!

as for the election day thing, i live in the UK and so that's not really relevant for november. thanks anyway!

more help anyone? might need some help thinking of non-pj songs now because i don't think we're getting anywhere...
