Don't think that's quite an even swap.
Embiid plus a couple picks maybe.
I'll keep Jojo over the brow.
Much more personable.  Embiid is a riot.
  • Harden had another 40pt game with CP3 back from injury.

So interesting stat.  -13 when both Harden and CP3 share the court.

    That ain't good...

Embiid would never be traded for AD.  Philly would say no to that one.

You never get equal value in a superstar trade but NOLA can get smart value.
  • To the delusional Knicks fans...  Just like Lebron, Anthony Davis is not going to NY...

  • I hope KD leaves GS and then he will see that he will always be 2nd best to Lebron in that he will never win a championship outside of GS.

Kawhi needs to either stay in Toronto or join the Lakers.

Why do people keep talking up the Clippers as a destination?

Why would you trade Davis until you know how the lottery shakes out?

Can't have 2 Rose Rule players on roster that were both acquired in trade, have to wait for Kyrie's contract to expire June 30

Yep.  NOLA should hold off.   Avoid LA at all costs

hate when players try to dictate where they want to be traded to.  AD and his agent are basically telling teams he wont resign with anyone other than the Lakers.   Should be illegal.  Kills the market most of the time for the team who is trading the player.

Technically, it is against league rules to publicly demand a trade. Saw where the league fined AD $50K for his trade request. Granted, $50K is a drop in the bucket for AD (his salary this year is around $25M), but it's the most the league can find without a player being able to file a grievance.

Maybe if the league strips the Lakers of a 1st rounder or 2 for tampering it will help put an end to this nonsense.

Lucky for NOLA, everyone wants to take a shot at AD anyway so this shouldnt hurt them.

Boston and the Knicks can both put together awesome deals for him that eclipse the Lakers

Look up Lew Alcindor.  I believe PJ wrote a song about him?

He wanted out of Milwaukee and his wish was granted.  That was in the 70's...

As a raptors fan I would love to see Leonard stay in toronto but I also have no faith that he will.  however I don't see him going top the lakers cause I think he wants to be the man and doesn't want to play with Lebron.

the reason people bring up the Clippers I think is because of Leonard wanting to play in LA

Him wanting to be "the man" he has in Toronto right now.  If he wants to start over with another team and rebuild he would be making a big mistake...

i agree with you but I don't know if you know this but apparently Toronto in Canada which is a different world.  atleast that what ESPN keeps telling people.  I do believe that if he wants to win and be the man,the best place for him is toronto.  they have alot of young talent.

Toronto LOVES LOVES LOVES their basketball team.  Treats the players like gold up there.

    GREAT Bball town.

I'm not Kawhi so I don't know what is in his head but Toronto is a good place to play ball if you don't mind the cold.

So we've established there are no gods in Toronto.  I kid, I kid.  Only been there once and even though city workers were on strike, it's one of the friendliest, cleanest cities I've visited.

I bet Joe Carter never has to buy a drink when in Toronto.

I feel he has hung around far too long in the league.

not only does Joe carter never need to pay for a drink but infact there is a law that says if he likes your house you must give it to him for free.  plus no one complains about that law.

I was going to add that this is the first time in years that he has been healthy and as I say this he's missed the last few games with an injury...

I'll admit that I've been waiting for the collapse all year from him and it hasn't happened yet.  He does get a vote for me for the all-star game this year as of right now but I still stick to my statement that he has hung around too long.
