Rockin in the free world

what does this awesome song mean to you. to me its pointing out the injustices of some countries and saying that we who live in a democratic society are lucky therefore we should all "keep on rockin in th free world" share your thoughts......

    I have an entirely different view of it. I think it's trying to tear down the myth that the 'free' countries are actually that...free. Tell a crack addict who is going to have a crack baby that she lives in a free country after she is denied healthcare.

  • i think the song just points out how how amazingly ridiculous this country is and how hypocritical our society as a whole.

  • good 2 hear a few different views on the subject mine remains firm and keep on rockin in the free world is a good slogan to live life by i think. ive got it written on the front bass drum skin of my kit :)
