100% yes to the latter. To the former, it was pretty clear what he was up to as he relentlessly begged for deals on higher value posters. Be wary of anyone with a sob story trying to get something on the cheap.

Ok thank you. All my threads were getting shut down so I started to question myself. I’m not trying to be mean. Just after weeks of his posts and anti flipping stuff it was kind of infuriating to catch him outright reselling posters that dropped here within weeks ago.

He deserves all the shit coming his way but to say he should be banned and have his 10 club membership revoked that is where I get off the train I guess.

"Not for resale" is tough to enforce when these prints mix in with all the other SEs being sold on the secondary market. If they don't take action with someone caught red handed, it has no teeth at all.

It is a gray area because stuff gets sold here all the time. But I mean cmon. That Krakow poster dropped here what, a month ago? Anyway, I’ll move on. I guess the only good thing is we won’t have to see him start 10 threads asking when posters will drop , what other bands posters sell ( business expansion) and how bad flippers are (when they beat him to it.

Never. But that is mostly because I haven't bought many. I have zero problem with it, though. I either want them to enforce it or drop the facade.

It's dissapointing to see the threads locked and posts deleted. I understand the whole "be nice" ethos but in this instance it's definitely not applicable. He should be called out and everyone should be made aware, then others can avoid dealing with him in the future.

I didn't get any message on my wall or PM from him and I'm the one that called him out. I almost traded with him and even @PJNB was helping him out of the kindness of his heart. This community is great, even with my short time here and my experiences at Wrigley and Fenway this year...everyone I met was awesome. I just don't like it when people try to take advantage of kindness and even worst when they take profit from it. He said he got a Mumford and was begging for one on one of his threads. So it seems someone went out of their way and sent him one.
@nicknyr15 he called you a bully to try to put you on the defensive. It's a tactic that guilty people do, so they don't have to explain themselves. I know you didn't fall for it, but it's common place that a wrong-doer tries to highlight something else to get the spotlight off himself. Also an innocent person doesn't deleted the "Reply" link to his ebay sale and change his ebay username. He said you didn't have all the information which is true, but he's the only one that can explain. I can't wait for the story.
