Trouble transferring bootlegs to iPhone

Many thanks for anyone able to offer some help here -- just downloaded the Chicago bootlegs to my Mac. I can see/listen to them from my computer in iTunes, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them transferred from iTunes to my iPhone. I'm sure there is a super easy solution to this, but I've been screwing around with this for the last hour without success.

Plug iPhone in. Let iTunes open it up. Then drag and drop the album into your phone.

Is it yet possible to download a bootleg straight to the iPhone? My personal laptop is kaput, and I dare not use my work laptop. I'm only working with an iPad and iPhone
