Aside: Can you even find Russian dressing anymore? Most reubens I order these days seems like they're using thousand island in lieu of Russian dressing.
Shelsky's was a daily stop for me in Brooklyn, and even they used thousand island on their reuben. Katz still used Russian dressing, but that was a schlep.
