Hi ya'll ,

My first post and all I want in the world is to know who
"Off he goes" was written about ... anyone ?
the oceans made me ...but who came up with love ?

    ~~~~i don't know who it is written personally for...but i certainly know people it should have been written for..i can relate to it...Texas is not a good place to be right now..a lot of people running amuk ..i love the line ...about a quarter to ten i see the strain creep in he seems distracted and i know just what is gonna happen next,before his next setep, he is off again.....sung so softly...people need to slow down back home..can't you see i left because ya'll are throwed off ? i know ya'll can do it too..if you see this.quit skitzing,please.it was not hard to leave it behind...

    i've always figured it was autobiographical...Eddie's observations about himself. But there are many people like the person in the song at least some of the time.
