I'm not smart and confused by the HOB ticket screening rules

Below was taken from the 10C email saying that you won tickets:

As a reminder:
- All sales are final. No refunds, no name transfers, no exchanges, no exceptions.
- The Ten Club member whose membership account was used to purchase the tickets must present valid photo ID in person to collect the tickets at the venue box office on the event day. No exceptions.

And this was taken from the "Boston Night 1 House of Blues Screening Party" post from SEA on the Porch forum:

WHEN: Monday, September 3rd. Doors at 6:00. Screening at 8:00. Both you and your guest must be present at time of entry. No exceptions.

So, does all of the above mean that the 10C member who won has to show ID at the HOB box office AND enter at the same time as their guest?
