A request and a bit of a challenge: "Hummus" at Fenway
Pearl Jam continues to surprise us with songs 'they would never play' in a live setting. 2009 brought us "Bugs" and "Sweet Lew," and this year we have been blessed (cursed? in a good way!) with "Evil Little Goat." I feel this request has high chances of going unfulfilled, but why not attempt the great hidden track "Hummus" off of Yield?
A daily serving of hummus is about two tablespoons and it is very nutritious (high in fiber, antioxidants, protein). Why not give a two minutes and forty-three second dedication to a great plant-based dip that could be universally loved? I am sure this is a real oddity in the song catalog and the request department, but it seems the band may be open to attempting anything from their catalog.
