Hopefully you won't have a repeat like in '13. I would guess they would make an announcement about the weather real soon though if it's bad.

A wave of showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy downpours, will move across the outlook area this morning into the early to mid afternoon. Behind this activity, additional isolated to scattered thunderstorms are forecast to develop this afternoon from northwest Illinois arcing southeast to portions of east central Illinois. Conditions could become favorable for a couple of these storms to potentially become tornadic from late this afternoon until around sunset.
