As of 10:15. Five paddock lines full, but folks are sitting, have chairs, etc. Not bad.

Agree with you... absolutely LOVE the Jackson poster.  The play off The Hawk both in song and a nod to Andre Dawson too.  Really cool

    “The Hawk”
A cold wind off Lake Michigan. The term originated in Chicago’s African-American community, and was brought to the world’s attention by smooth R&B balladeer Lou Rawls, who mentioned it in the spoken-word intro to “Dead End Street”: “The Hawk, the almighty Hawk, the wind … in Chicago, the Hawk not only socks it to you, he socks it through you, like a giant razor blade blowing down the street.”

I see the flippers are out in full force on eBay.

I really wish they'd let us TC members with tickets be able to order the merchandise online and have it shipped home.

It really is a shame. Witnessing it in person is even more frustrating. Get a job.

I just don't understand.  As fan club members who pay annual dues, pay large prices for tix, travel to shows, I think some accommodation should be made to guarantee we get merch we want to buy.  I'm even willing to pay a premium for the luxury of not having to stand in line and fight scalpers all day.

If I go up there this morning, would there be any issue with me parking in the lot across from Murphy's (where the normally is a souvenir stand)?

I don't agree at all. As a person who does all the things you mention, you should make accommodations to purchase the posters the way they offer them for sale. If you really want it, you'll find a way to get it.

The Chicago flag band shirt is not really powder blue ink.  It's more off-white, possibly glo-in-dark (haven't tried it yet).

To any kind soul who wouldnt mind picking up some merch for me as I dont have the time between work and kids to get up to Wrigley area and wait for long periods of time I would gladly repay by paying for some of your merch purchases. Would rather spend the extra $ repaying kind people here on the forum rather than it going to flippers on ebay. Anyone who wouldnt mind helping please pm me. Thanks!

This has kind of turned into a joke.   Everything I've seen from people waiting in line.  The fact that they play two shows and the merch tents are open for 6 days??   People buying duffel bags full of stuff and then people that just want a shirt and poster get to the front after waiting 3-4 hours and the things they want ONE of are gone.  You can't tell me they don't know what's going on.   Shit was on ebay 10 minutes after the tents opened the first day.   I guess we're at the point where they just want to sell as much stuff as possible and don't care.

Weren't people reporting the exact opposite yesterday? Barely any wait from mid afternoon on and fully stocked.
