I’m still in awe! Just when I think they won’t surprise me they always do, that set last night was just epic on all fronts! Thank you so much Sal, Brian, Lisa, Sue, Kim and Mike! Meeting all you amazing people made the experience so much more memorable! All or None, Leash, Rats, Sonic Reducer, I could just keep going on and on! Such a phenomenal show!! Thank you Pearl Jam!
Seattle was a great host for 2 awesome shows. Last night was the most fun I have had at a Pearl Jam show! Our section was moving all night and singing loud. Met some great people. My highlights were:
Oceans > Footsteps > Nothingman opener Brain Of J! Whipping Missing Leash Crown Of Thorns Sonic Reducer All Or None Thin Air Won't Back Down for Tom Petty
I think my favorite moment was when Kim Thayil came out an opened his jacket to show his Chris Cornell shirt...CHILLS!
From restaurants, to merch lines, to Pre-parties, to the shows, and to everywhere else...thank you to all of the great people we got meet and chat with.
Huge bucket list checked off!

Loved loved loved loved it! I'm not sure if I liked Wed or Fri better but I love that there was so much on Friday that I hadn't heard live in a long long time. Felt great. I'm half tempted to get in my car and head to Missoula.

Probably will still be a decent show of course but it won't match Seattle's shows. They gave it their all for two nights where Seattle Night 1 was probably a warm-up for Night 2, which is saying a lot since Night 1 was fantastic. Hope they can keep the energy up going east after the super highs of this week.

What an amazing night! A classic PJ show. Regular "home shows" as in a monthly show or two at a Key Arena "residency" would allow the band to continue the work. We had to walk past the homeless to get back to our car.
Still processing...unbelievable! Just electric end to end. Phenomenal first set...one of the best I have heard in 29 shows. Thank you Pearl Jam! Off to Missoula.
Can't get that "Hard to Hooooold" and "Missing, missing, missing" out of my head today. Amazing performance on that song. I hope it is the next annual single.
Still waking up, with a permanent grin trying to process last night and the past 3 days. My 17th show and I'm at a loss for words. Just incredible, from start to finish. Highlights for me was Oceans--->Footsteps, All or None, Crown and Sonic Reducer.
I had the most surreal experiences last night, between the outstanding performances themselves, the setlist (Crown of Thorns into Kick Out the Jams?? Seriously?? I thought I was gonna collapse!) and obviously all the amazing PJ songs... but also the people around me... wow fucking WOW what an audience! The energy was over the top!
There were moments of the show for me, or bonding with my neighbors, that I'll just never forget. And ran into just about everyone I'd ever want to run into, and it was zen and it was cool. Really really enjoyed this, I'm at over 55 shows and this is in my top 5 for sure, maybe even top 3!
I’d doubt that but this is probably gonna be a Xmas single
Ed’s vocal was amazing. His voice was soaring on that one. Don’t see it making the album, but I was thinking it should be a stand alone charity single for suicide awareness or something.
Seriously sick show. Saw London 1 and last night. A full hour longer last night than London.
One of the best concerts I’ve seen by any band and I’m an old timer who’s seen a lot of great rock shows over the years. I’m still recovering from the sonic onslaught and processing what went down. Was in the center back of the pit. Great sound and people getting down. Couldn’t ask for a better set list and playing 3.5 hours was insane. Thanks PJ for a night I’ll never forget.
Between the MoPop night & exhibit, visiting London Bridge Studio, meeting Danny Clinch at the Wishlist Preparty, this show was one hell of a finale after making this trip to dive deep into Pearl Jam history.
Some amazing moments, loved seeing them grind out such a long show with so many rare songs. I don’t know how they do it because I’m physically exhausted from last night.
Cant wait for Wrigley and what they continue to give us at the stadium shows.
It was an amazing show, my whole section was awesome, during Immortality the guy in front of me handed me his phone and asked me to film him, I was confused but obliged...he got down on one knee and proposed to his girl. So if you heard section J row 28 erupt in applause during Immortality that’s why!

Well, that’s an odd song to choose for that. LOL
"If she don't love me no more, i know her sister will" Jimi Hendrix
Odd that they were going to play Let Me Sleep in back to back nights. Also as for best if 2018 it is up there if not at the top for me. Santiago, Rome, Krakow, Berlin, London 2 and Seattle 2. We are doing 3 of the last 5 shows and can’t wait to see what they have next.

My sentiments exactly (minus London Bridge Studio tour, which sounds amazing!). It was SO MUCH awesomeness and PJ energy in a few days, just emotional about it. Thanks, beautifully stated!

I was only at 3 if the 6 shows I listed as the top but still have had an amazing year for sure. Still have Wrigley 2 and both Fenway’s to go. Seattle 2 is going to be tough to beat!
For shows in 2018, Rome may have been "quirkier" with everyone getting a turn on vocals (probably Ed still healing vocal cords)...This show as said many times above was epic on just so many levels,....Kim wearing the Chris t-shirt, The ear to ear grin on Jeff's face. Ed completely lost in the moment at the start of Rearview (to use his quote...tripping, but it was clear he was just absorbing everything and feeling it).. Crown of Thorns to Kick out the Jams (seriously special) Leash (enough said) The "Seattle All-Star Punk review" ( jaw dropping) Missing (a truly proper good bye without being sappy)..perfect...absolutely perfect
I am somewhere around 50 shows...and Ive had some that were "benchmark" shows to me and some immortal moments The rainstorm during Garden in Miami (1994) Devo Halloween at the Spectrum. Countless MSG shows (Ben pushing Ed off the mike to take lead on Indifference comes most to mind). Buffalo 2003 had always been the leader in the clubhouse...until last night.
I do not see this being topped BY ANY BAND in my book...anytime soon!!!! Thank you Pearl Jam and Seattle for an absolutely magical, perfect, wonderful night
I don’t usually like to judge shows so soon but this was a flat out great show. My 40th show and certainly in the top 5 or so. Highlights for me were Immortality, Missing, Crown among a lot of others. It was one of those shows where the number of special moments were so many that you lose track. Don’t know if I’ve ever seen the band so happy playing together as well as engaged with the crowd as they were last night. I never thought a stadium show could feel intimate but they pulled it off. I was in the GA, center stage towards the back so I can’t speak for those far away. But everyone around me thought the show was great, tough to find any fault with that performance.
Two amazing shows.... I reminded my husband last night of the Halloween show at the Spectrum, when Ed said "I want all of you in here to tell everyone out there, we ain't playing shows this long ever again, no way." Nine years later, they pull off a 3.5 hour show. The energy was amazing, I have to say. I'm so glad we went "home" to Seattle to see the guys play -- even though we're both exhausted, have scratchy throats, and need to switch gears for a black tie event tonight (where we need to remember not to jump up and start screaming when the artists enter!).
Epic. That's five shows so far this year, each one awesome and special in its own way. Can't wait for Fenway!
