Need some help interpreting specific lines

For instance, how do you all interpret, " Vacate is the word...vengeance has no place on me or her"? What does this line mean?

Another one I am puzzled about is: "Artificial tear...vessel stabbed...next up, volunteers
Vulnerable, wisdom can't adhere..." What do those line mean to you all? Specifically I am wondering about "vulnerable wisdom cant adhere".

I'm not sure what the original intention of these words was, but I went through this song line by line once and here's what I thought:

"vacate is the word...vengeance has no place he swears to her"

Someone left or was told to leave and yet he lies that it's not done to be hurtful.

"artificial tear...vessel stabbed...next up, volunteers"

I think someone in the song makes a habit of pretending to be sorry, but goes around hurting people, and has no problem finding more people to volunteer for the priviledge.

"Vulnerable, wisdom can't adhere..."

Someone is vulnerable at times and can't remember the wisdom he/she knows about on better days.

If you want to dig a bit deeper into the "vulnerable" line, let's assume this song was written directly about what happen to Kurt. The line translate to me, how the state he was in for the last few months of his life, was extremely vulnerable, and people were trying to help him, "wisdom can't adhere". It seems that when people are at their most weakest, the last thing they want or listen to is wisdom from those who love them.
