Please Help!!!!

Hello Everyone!

I need some help!

I just got this aweful email today from my 22 year old brother. Seems he needs to have eye surgery for a defect he was born with. He had this operation some years ago and needs to have it again. He is legally blind and has a preostetic eye. He has also had other surgerys done. I won't get into details. I started crying when I read his email, but one line of it did catch my attention. It was "At least I have Pearl Jam".

So, I was wondering, does the band every read these messages, and is there a way to let them know how much their music helps people and gets them through rough times in life! I would love for them to know much they have helped him and let him escape, at least for a little while.
