I just hand a long chat with a kind individual at The Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field. 

I mentioned the bag issue/communication braeakdown/bagsize issue.

Your mobile ticket says no backpacks/no large bags.

i told her SafeCo bags had to be index sized or BAG CHECKED, thus creating a backlog with the extra step plus the Body Scan.  

I mentioned people wait several hours in merch lines buying bags of items only to be told that bag is TOO BIG to bring in the venue.
Asked her to maybe tweet that out and tag @pearljam to avoid the same mistakes. INDEZ SIZE ONLY PEOPLE! Ignore what your ticket says! These are SPECIAL RULES.

im expecting another call from them next week another issue. Hopefully everyone gives themselves time getting in Wrigley.
