Clark Street will be closed from Addison to probably around Roscoe so stay clear around that area. Driving will suck for 30-60 mins after the concert. You might consider going to a local establishment for about an hour to let things clear up. Clark will be a zoo. If you go about a mile west to Southport the restaurants and bars should not be so bad.6/26/98 & 6/27/98 - Alpine Valley, 10/9/00 - Allstate Arena - Rosemont, IL 6/18/2003 - United Center, 5/16/2006 - United Center,

could use the wrigley parking lot, which is not super close to the stadium, but is free and they have free shuttle (bus) to and from show.6/26/98, 8/17/00, 10/8/00, 12/8/02, 12/9/02, 4/25/03, 5/28/03, 6/1/03, 6/3/03, 6/5/03, 6/6/03, 6/12/03, 6/13/03, 6/15/03, 6/18/03, 6/21/03, 6/22/03, 7/12/03, 7/14/03, 10/3/04, 10/5/04, 9/9/05, 9/11/05, 9/16/05, 5/16/06, 5/17/06, 5/19/06, 6/30/06, 7/23/06, 8/5/07, 6/30/08, 8/23/09, 8/24/09, 5/4/10, 5/7/10, 9/3/11, 9/4/11, 10/11/13, 10/17/14, 8/20/160

I always just use spot hero. There are usually some decent garages around if you dont mind a walk. I had $30 parking by the best western on Broadway for the Foo Fighters show a couple weeks ago. Parking on Addison a few blocks away for the PJ shows for like $400

The Howard street red line station has a parking garage. It's about 10 stops north of Wrigley...0 -
It would probably work for you if you are going that way. Chinatown is right off the Dan Ryan so you could jump on that and get off on the 290 to head to Oakbrook.cincybearcat said:leep75 said:cincybearcat said:So where on the redline has decent parking?

Thanks for all the suggestions....I'll write em down and make a choice sometime.
My other option I was debating was spot hero downtown area...just walk to redline for wrigley and then redline back to downtown and drive out from there. Didn;t know if that was better than driving to a Metro with parking spots. Are they safe parking places? Howard...Chinatown...Forest park?

I am staying in the Chinatown district again this year at the South Loop Hotel. In 2016 we stayed at Mcormick place and got on the redline at the cermak station (Chinatown). We felt safe walking back to the hotel after the show. From that experience I saw the parking lot right under the station at Cermak and it seems well lit and easy to access.
