Bringing vape pen into Safeco

I put it in the bowl with my keys and wallet when going through the metal detector. Have never been asked once about it. Once inside vape at your own risk. There is a smoking section in center field.

You should take a tour of the stadium a few days before the show.  During the tour, break off covert style, duck into a women’s room and tape all your contraband (wrapped in a plastic bag of course) up under toilet 4.  Due to urine splatter/ feces no one will think to check for your goods, so they’ll be safe.  Make sure you melt your fingerprints off before you touch/ bag up your stuff, you don’t want any unnecessary folks on your trail.  Then when you go to the concert, go as a woman and walk right in and gather your goodies.

of course you could always just keister the pen, but that’s just too obvious, they’ll check for that.

Given that it's a legit device for smoking, I would think you can bring it in just like you can bring in cigarettes. Those rules posted above in this thread just say you're not supposed to use them, not that they're a restricted item. From that, I assume you actually can carry it. I mean, lots of people vape instead of smoke now - how could they force people not to bring in a perfectly legal smoking device if they allow in cigarettes and lighters??
But to be on the safe side, I'd personally still smuggle it in .... But I have cleavage, so that makes it easy to smuggle vape pens. I don't know if you have cleavage or not.
Edit: they make you go through metal detectors at Safeco Field now?!

I throw it in the bin every football game in NY area, no issue. Cant speak for Safeco, but go in with a huge group, and your fine.

Yeah, but weed is legal there anyhow, so I don't see why it would be an issue either way if you say you won't smoke in a non-smoking building. But sure, I suppose to be on the safe side, say it's tobacco... It just seems illegal for them to distinguish between the two, you know?

You are right, MJ is legal in WA. So just as you can bring in tobacco cigarettes, but can't smoke them, you can bring in a vape pen, but not use it. If you get caught using either tobacco or weed they have the right to boot you, but they won't confiscate your cigs or your vape on the way in. Just drop it in the bin.

Sneak it in! If you get caught it will make for a WAY better story than, "I put it in the tray, went through the metal detector, and picked it up on the other side."
