This is probably posted somewhere, but I didn't find it so I thought I would ask. Apologies if this has been covered at length already, please point me to appropriate thread.
If not -
Has everyone noticed that there is another track on Disc 2 of Lost Dogs hidden within track 14? It begins at about 6:03 and goes out past 14:00.
Does it have a title?
Are the lyrics posted?
Why is/was it hidden?
Let me know please? Appreciation in advance.
Starts with:
"So all you fools
who sang just like him
fee free to do so now
because he's dead.
In the middle there is:
We lost __ friend
we all knew
always hoped
you'd pull through
Closes with:
So sing just like him
fuckers
it won't offend him
just me
because he's dead"

don't know if anyone posted lyrics, but you can Go to the search feature and type in 04/20/02 and it will take U to threads on the subject and there may be lyrics somewhere. or http://www.theskyiscrape.com may have them up now.
the track was hidden because it is a tribute song to Layne Staley of Alice In Chains and the band wanted to keep it unlisted and not in the forefront(out of respect). IMO
