looking for help from Iphone users

I keep trying to download my tickets into my wallet on my Iphone but it keeps coming up with the same message that safari cannot download the files, anyone else get this or having same issues?? I 've gone back and looked over the process again but keep coming up with the same results.......and we fly out tuesday morn, so the panic is setting in....is it something simple I am overlooking??? thanks in advance for any responses!!

    Did you already follow the steps through Ticketmaster and create account? Once I did that, I was able to just click on the little Apple wallet icon and it sent it to my wallet. Do you have your wallet set up? Also, make sure you aren’t trying to send it or transfer it by hitting the send button on the bottom. That’s what I did until I realized that was meant for transferring to someone else; not sending to your Apple wallet.

    Can’t help troubleshoot but I do know I followed the 10c instructions to a T and didn’t have any issues.

    Don’t panic, you’ll be fine. If you’re still having trouble on show day, suggest you take a screenshot and if that doesn’t work, just log on and scan your ticket directly on TM. You don’t need to download to your wallet for the tickets to be valid.

    Don’t risk a screenshot considering those aren’t supposed to work. Just allow the ticket to be scanned directly from Ticketmaster if you can’t figure out how to add them onto Wallet.

    I don’t think there’s any harm in having the screenshot. If it doesn’t work then log onto TM. Just trying to ease OP’s anxiety. I haven’t tried screenshots for TM mobile tickets but it works for airline boarding passes.

    I wonder if it is my IOS version, my phone is at 10. something and my i pod is at 11. 3 or something like that.  If i try on my ipod it looks like it will work and then i just have to carry that around with me, which works seeings as I will have my cell on airplane mode anyways being from canada.  Is there doubts that this will work as it is not my cell but my ipod?

    Hey aidt17. I just downloaded mine into my wallet this morning. Have you downloaded the Ticketmaster app through your wallet yet. There's a section in your wallet that allows you to download apps specifically for your wallet. I went through that and got the Ticketmaster app before i downloaded my tickets and it worked fine. I'm also using an older version of iOS. Hope this helps!

    Make sure your phone is updated to the latest and greatest. I have an older iphone 6 and did all available updates and it worked without the TM App.

    Mines a 5.  Tried with ticketmaster app on and off still no dice. Just going to use the iPod route I think

    Ya pretty much. I guess the real dillema was not lapping my dates correctly when I was leaving Seattle for Missoula and forgetting to book a place for the 11th. Hahaha too much excitement
