10Club Singles for BOTH BOSTON shows avail!

Hello everyone, my Boston friends have jobs that are keeping them from going to either Boston show with me. Imagine that, damn adults! 
I am still going to each show, but now my other 10Club ticket is available for each show.
Bos 1: Section F54, Row N
Bos 2: Section B106, Row AA
Pretty sure those are very decent seats, although I was on the floor for the last Fenway shows so I can't speak from experience. But they look good on the seating chart.
Ideally 1 person would buy both, but I'm open. My only requests: NON-smoker, because smoke messes with my allergies big time. And be excited as hell for these shows!
Both tickets are available until I change the title or post that either/both are gone, so no need to ask if they're still available.
