Shame

Anyone else been listening to these guys? I got invited by a friend to see them at Empty Bottle in Chicago and it was totally nuts. Lead singer is dialed-in when he's performing, he's just one of those guys who commands the stage.
Had their first album on repeat for a few weeks now... I suspect that they will climb up the festival bills in no time.

I always think about Brad when I see that name. Stone Gossard's side band wanted to call themselves Shame but there was already a band that had that name (not the band mentioned in this thread). Legend has it they approached the leader of the band, whose name was Brad, to work out a deal for the name. However, he refused, so Stone and Shawn Smith called themselves Brad instead and named their first album Shame. Pretty funny story.
