I purchased Fenway tix via the Verified Fan ticketmaster offer.  The tix are not on Ticketmaster.  The Fenway site doesn't recognize my email.  Anyone have any guidance?

    You should have got a confirmation email when you purchased the tickets. I’m sure there’s a link in there.

    There’s a link in the email confirmation. If you lost that, call tickets.com and they will resend it.

    Thanks both.  I couldn't find the confirmation email which was the issue.  I actually called Fenway and they had the records.  The original may have gone to spam.  Phew!  These were for friends of mine.  In all the ticket option madness I was afraid I didn't really get them!
