Song request for Wrigley 1
I'm not sure where to post this request but here we go. I'm going to the Wrigley 1 show (August 18) with my brother and some other friends. I'm requesting my brother's favorite song, Off He Goes. He doesn't know I'm doing this... but here's why
On January 26, 2018 I got a text from my brother that said his daughter (Audrey, age 5) was in the emergency room and it was serious. Since she had a fragile immune system and a combo of RSV and pneumonia proved to be too much for her to handle and she passed away a few hours later.
She was an amazing girl and impacted him (and the rest of the family) in a huge way despite her short life. She was super outgoing and loved to be in the spotlight. She loved everyone she met (almost as much as she loved dogs) and loved boldly. She could make your day in under a minute. You can see the love and joy on my brother's face in the pictures below. She was known for her red glasses. Some of my brother and sister-in-law's friends started a hashtag to amplify the impact she made. #redglassesmovement
Although he has since moved, he lived in Chicago for 10 years. Pearl Jam is his favorite band and we have been to several shows together over the years and he hasn't heard his favorite song. Huge bonus points if I could send over a few pairs of red glasses for the band.
