    They have an inflatable version of this. My last employer had a picnic that had it there. It was a family event and I didn't want to risk hurting someone's child so I didn't play.

    They also had an inflatable human hungry hungry hippos game.

    I think to worry about a lawsuit you really have to jump to greater extremes.  Something like this maybe:
