How do I access my tix via mobile app? GOT IT BUT CANT DELETE. POST

ive been working on this - no joke, with help from co-workers - and still can’t figure out how to access my tickets.  I was finally able to change my Ticketmaster password. It kept telling me that the passwords I was trying to create didn’t meet the criteria...but they did.
now I can’t figure out what to do next. Help!  I luckily have tickets to both shows.
