Shape of Safeco Pit Area

From the looks of it, at least from the TM seat map, the Safeco GA Pit area stretches AROUND the stage...so far in fact that some areas of the Pit are in the vicinity of seated sections where no tickets will be sold (I assume due to little to no sight line). I've seen pics of the Wrigley Pit and it's just a rectangle that stretches just beyond the length of the stage on each side.

Does this make sense to anyone? Maybe it's just an "artist concept" at this point but I see the stage setup not being much different than prior Wrigley/Fenway shows. If this is truly the case, I'm gonna guess the middle section (stage rail to back rail) will be packed like sardines w/lots empty space on either side. Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong  :)

This is also from Ticketmaster. Seems unlikely that the pit would wrap around the stage.

I agree...the Pit area in your pic seems more plausible (and hopefully the correct one). Mine is from the TM page where you're actually purchasing tickets.
