London Refund

Hey,

I had 10C tix for the postponed London show and requested a refund because I couldn't make the trip back over.  I have yet to see my refund.

Has anyone else had this problem?

My refund took about 7 business days to show up but everything was seamless

After 10 business days I had to contact 10c and got the following

'Please know because we passed 120 days from the original purchase date, each refund must be manually entered. We appreciate your patience during this process.'

Got the refund shortly afterwards

I actually called because they didn't answer my 2nd email and that is exactly what they told me.  Still haven't seen anything.

Almost two months and still no refund.  Getting frustrating!!

Over two months now and still no refund.  They don't even answer my emails anymore.

Did you click refund request in the 10c ticket menu?

Yes I did.  Actually probably ten minutes after I got the refund instructions.

However the good news is my refund finally posted today.  Yeah!!
