I was actually in X in 2013 which is basically a mirror image of W. It was fine. A little far back on the field, but pretty good for sure. Of course we had the big weather delay which impacted it as well. Not as many concession (beer) options on the field I don't think.JP Losman said:
How was the experience in section W? Also, if I got seats 3-4, is it safe to presume those are close to the aisle?know1 said:Member: 256xxx
 Night one: Field W - Row 14
 Night two: Field V - Row 8
About the same as in 2013.
Night 1 in 2016 I had non-fan club seats and was about as far away in the stadium as you could be in the upper deck behind home plate. I still had lots of fun.
I would assume seats 3-4 would be near the aisle, but I don't know for sure. The only people we should try to get even with...

Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.0

Anyone know if seats are 100% seniority, or are they somewhat random within seniority ranges? Like everyone 1xxxxx numbers mixed together, 2xxxxx mixed and so on?0

Member: 194xxxNight 1: Field W, Row 4Night 2: GA!I'm very happy with this. Better floor seats than I had in 2013 and certainly better than the upper level seats I had in 2016. Anyone know which side of the section the seat numbers start at on the floor sections?
That's right behind the dugout on the 1st base side.tinz. said:Maybe a silly question but what does section 31 mean?1998: East Troy 2000: East Troy, Rosemont 2003: Champaign 2006: Chicago (UC), Milwaukee 2007: Chicago (Lolla) 2009: Chicago (UC), Chicago (UC) 2010: Noblesville 2011: East Troy (PJ20), East Troy (PJ20) 2013: Chicago (WF), Seattle 2014: St. Louis 2016: Chicago (WF), Chicago (WF) 2018: Chicago (WF), Chicago (WF) 2022: St. Louis 2023: Chicago (UC), Chicago (UC) 2024: Chicago (WF), Chicago (WF)2025: Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh0

For comparison, in 2016 I was in the 400 sections both nights with 10c tickets.0

This is just a guess, but based on the comments, it seems as if they might not be 100% seniority, but rather close. I don't know for sure, though.mace1229 said:Anyone know if seats are 100% seniority, or are they somewhat random within seniority ranges? Section 31 (or Aisle 31 on the Wrigley seat view) is down the first base line behind the visitors dugout.tinz. said:Maybe a silly question but what does section 31 mean?
The Cubs website will show you a general, baseball setup view from your seats.

 Yeah that's weird because I was Z in 2013. Then I was like 33 in 2016 for both nights I think.know1 said:
That's pretty funny and kind of interesting considering they are allotted by seniority. I would have thought that Night 1 would have had more demand, but Field W seems like a little bit better section. I would think our locations would have followed each other a little more rather than swapping. I figure my seats are going to be very similar both nights, though.BEnglish017 said:

 I think I was in 36 on Night 2 in 2016.
We've sat pretty close to each other for a bunch of shows. In fact, for 9 of the shows listed in your signature. I'll bet we joined at almost the same time. And your first show was my second. The only people we should try to get even with...

            I am #533xxx
 N1, Section 213 Row 5, N2, Section 239 Row 2
In 2016 I had Section 419 (or close). I generally like the upper deck at Wrigley over the 200's, but given my row # is low I'll take this year's locations as an improvement.
 2013 is N/A, did not participate in lottery.95 - Soldier Field, 11 - Alpine Valley PJ 20 N2, 13 - Wrigley Field, 16 - Wrigley 1 & 2, 18 - Wrigley 1 & 20
