Things I love about this group.

- Set list changes every night

- the Covers they play are always different from one night to the next and new ones added frequently

- Non stop touring. They seem to be out on the road almost all year long.

The one thing I don’t like about this band...

They haven’t played one show in Canada! Come to Canada!

  • willbarclaywillbarclay Posts: 3,298

They are coming to Kitchener to play a festival early August I think.

But I agree, a Canadian tour is long over due.

Ive had to travel many miles to the US to see them.

Sweet! Thanks for the heads up. I just might be able to do this show if I can find decent accommodations. The show is free. Magic Dick from the J. Geils Band is playing earlier in the day which sweetens the deal.

I'm hoping they will eventually have a make-up date from a show that was canceled last fall for a hurricane.

Correction, I will not be travelling now as our family dog got sick and needed an emergency operation last week. He had complications after the operation and has been there 6 days now. He should be home before the weekend, but we will not be able to leave him home alone.

Anyone out there want to purchase my ticket and VIP Meet/Greet at a discounted price? $100

    regular price was $170

The VIP meet/greet is gone but ticket for the shown is still up for grabs.
    Anyone want it for free?

I am planning to be there. Never been to the venue but heard good things. Have not heard good things about the brewery itself though.

Seen them a bunch, they are awesome.  Much better than the knock off Crowes acts (As Crow Flies and Magpie Salute).  Neal Casal is a monster

This show was very good. Odd venue as it was at a Harley Davidson dealership and a crazy mixture of people. Was very laid back though and people were smoking freely without issue. Would go back.

Looks like it was a good show. Killer 2nd set there too.

I've got VIP meet/greet for the show in Homer NY in October. Really excited for this one. It's in an old converted church and seats are pews.
also happens to be on a Sunday night. Father Robinson leading the Sunday service.

Show was great, but weird venue. The tent had seats and the security didn't allow anyone to stand up.

I brought my 3 year old so while she danced around I stood and enjoyed the show. Would have sucked sitting the entire time.  I'll probably go next year. Pretty cool vibe/festival.
  • Guitar player Neal Casal has had a health issue and won't be playing for what they are saying a "handful of shows"
hoping for a speedy recovery and in time for the October Homer NY show.

Seeing them on Saturday at a tiny venue (600 person capacity) outside of Philly.  Saw they opened with Helter Skelter last night -- bad ass
