My dad still lives 5 minutes from there, but I lost connection to PJ until someone re-introduced me when Avacado came out.

My loss, jesus. The boots are magic though.

I would love to see an Acoustic version of Blood at Fenway this year...come circle from one of the great Boston area shows of all time!

I mean, no other band would or could ever try to pull something like this off.

As far as different setlists every night:
    - Phish played 13 shows at MSG last summer. No repeats.
    - Bands like the Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, Umphrey’s McGee, etc. often play different setlists every night with no repeats three shows in a row.

To be clear, I’m not making statement about who is a “better” band or anything of the sort. Rather, I’m just sharing that different setlists three nights in a row is not particularly unique.

    Cheers

“The Experiment “  I can’t believe it’s been that many years!?!?

I made it to 2 out of the 3 nights (7/2 and 7/11). I started listening to the boots again, as it’s been a while, and it’ll help stir up a few good memories.

Definitely one of their most historic concert stands. Legendary!!!

That would be fucking amazing. I've always thought every time I hear him say that on the boot that they should do it on an anniversary of this show or something.

If I remember correctly, Eddie was cruising the parking lot on a bike pre-show on 7/2

Yep. And I literally got "caught with my pants down" and missed out on meeting him.
Had gone into work briefly in morning before heading down to et in line for 10c ticket pick up. Brough a change of clothes for the show. After getting my tickets went back to the car to change into shorts (it was hot), and while changing noticed somebody out of the corner of my eye buzzing around on a bike and thought it was an odd place to have your bike. When I finished changing and got out of the car, saw the bike rider leaving the area heading back toward the venue and realized who it was.
