    In the background of that poster is the old Ferris wheel from palace amusements, which is not there anymore. On the right is the Casino Arcade and the taller structure is the Steam Plant.  They’re all on the beach at the south end of Asbury Park.  My wife and I were actually at the beach today and took a walk into Asbury Park to grab lunch.  Snapped the below photo on the way =)

    If you zoom in on the cupola thing on the left side of the photo you can see the top of the light rigging for the Stone Pony outdoor summer stage.  Which is where I will be seeing them on August 17... can’t wait.  =)
