Asking to pay tribute to a late Pearl Jam fan for their kids at a live concert

What’s the best way to get the band to do a tribute or honor a deceased Pearl Jam fan if the family was to be at the show?   Just say something during the concert like they always do?   I have two young kids in my family who lost their mother, she loved Pearl Jam.   I wanted to take them to a show but wanted to see if the band could sing a song for her while the kids were there

Sorry for their loss. That might be a tough one, but I think just taking them to the concert and letting them know how much the band meant to their mother might allow them to learn something new about her. Maybe make a mental list of her favourite songs and as they play them let them know it was one of her favourites. I lost my mother at a young age too. There will be some tough times ahead but they will be alright. Good luck.
