... is Pearl Jam.

They passed the Beatles a couple of years ago.

Just FYI.
I know I was born and I know that I'll die. The in between is mine.

Listen to the album a Moon Shaped Pool by Radiohead and then listen to Supersonic and Sleeping by Myself.    Different styles and not saying Radiohead is the best, but it will tell you who isn’t.

You're comparing an album you like to two random Pearl Jam songs?

I am comparing recent works by two peer bands.  Listen to all of Backspacer and Lightning Bolt and the conclusion is the same in my book.

The greatest band in the history of the world is the one you like the best. For me it's Pearl Jam.

The best band is the one you like the best.  To me the Beatles are the third best band of their era...Zep and The Doors are #1 and #2 for me in that era.  For my lifetime, Pearl Jam is the best of their era and my favorite of all time...everyone has their own opinion which is part of the beauty of artistic expression...each member of PJ would give us a separate answer on their best...

Let's get this out of the way. PJ is my favourite band. Love 'em. I've said it. Now I'll move on...

One could definitely make an argument that they are the greatest live band of all time. The are fantastic in concert. Always a great time. Can't wait to see them this summer.

With the above said, I don't think the last two or three albums help the band's case for greatest studio artist of all time. I won't name any particular band names (but someone earlier named the one I was thinking about) but I don't have to go as far back as The Beatles to name a band whose studio output rivals/surpasses PJ's. But it really is all just a matter of personal taste so ...
