    Mix 1 tablespoon of Manuka honey in hot water, add half teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and the juice of a whole lemon. If you have a vitamix, cut both ends of the lemon and juice it with peel. Finally add as much fresh ginger as you can tolerate. Try to make two 10 ounce mugs of that, 2 batches
    Feast on some fresh fruits, blueberries blackberries strawberries (blues and reds) and bananas along with a quality greek yogurt. Pop a whole food vitamin and try to drink a gallon of water before noon. High doses of cinnamon throughout the day is another good idea.
    **don't take any OTC pain meds, try white willow and turmeric instead.
