New Song by Tunstall & McCready

Check out KT Tunstall’s newly released cover of “I Won’t Back Down” featuring Mike on guitar and backing vocals with Thunderpussy’s Leah Julius on drums.  

KT and Mike chose “I Won’t Back Down” to honor Tom Petty and to shout support to people across the globe standing up for justice and equality to demand a better world.

Proceeds from “I Won’t Back Down” will go to the Vitalogy Foundation.

    This is great seen KT here in Dublin last year when she backed simple minds and in fact it was the night before Eddie Vedder played Dublin with Glen Hansard.

    I'm always skeptical about Tom Petty covers, but this was really good. It's refreshing when someone covers a song and brings something new to it.

    Just played this video for my 3rd grade students and they loved it. Wish I could have sent in their picture for the video, when they made signs and marched around our school to protest gun violence.
