Looking for HELP with bootleg artwork/labels for 05/06/07 tour

Hi folks,
I've been trying for a few weeks now for someone who can help me with my project. I have most of the artwork, I figure I'll just resize it to fit the template.
I have the cdr's.
I have the printer, the labels, the cardboard cd jackets.
I just need a template or files someone has from the past to actually print the labels.
I can find the PJ artwork but it was pretty much created for jewel cases, which I don't want to use since all my other PJ boots are in the cardboard sleeves. I've seen all the threads on here already where members created their own amazing labels, but all the templates I find online are for jewel cases, and they don't help too much since most aren't editable for the dimensions I need.
Can anyone help me out??
