I really like Frank Kozik....he helped introduce the current wave of posters back in the early 90s.

Also, Kii Arens is a great contemporary artist who has done concert posters for dozens of different bands.

    My favourite posters have been by Roland Tomayo (EV)....awesome whales and killer whales
    Todd Slater.....awesome animals
    Mumford...love the bridge set
    Jeff Soto...awesome animals
    Don Pendleton....love the geometric shapes and animals. 
    I love the animal posters, not so keen on the skulls.
