    Wonder if Norton WiFi VPN will work. I am able to view Netflix USA movies via my Canadian account up here.

    It works for me. Try refreshing it again. I am using Hola. If anyone wants help with this I can not guarantee it works but I do get the waiting message right now. Send me a message as I will not post it here.

    you can use setupVPN chrome extension and change your ip to Brasil. Its free and easy to do.
