I worked with a fellow who is an avid outdoorsman, while he was hunting one day, he came upon a pile of trash bags...he found some paper wth the name of the person who did the dumping...he called the dude, gave the guy a hour to pick up his trash or he was calling the police...the guy came and collected his trash...

I like those guys in Europe (I think France) that catch people letting their dogs shit in the park without cleaning up after them.

They grab the shit, run after the owner, and throw it at them. Perfect!
