"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"
  • i usually cram so if i listen to anything or read anything that doesnt have to do with the exam i'll forget everything

A song by Pink Floyd 'Saucerful of Secrets' has become my post exam theme over the years. Its an epic tension breaker.

Never PJ. Always takes my mind off what I'm doing. Something unobtrusive, soothing, something you can just plain ignore but provides that right environment.

Nick Drake, Tim Buckley, Jack Johnson, and my current fav of that folky genre, Xavier Rudd.
