Do you think the new album will have a song about how well President Trumps first year in office actually was?

Always interesting to see how administrations’ policies “age”. I.e. NAFTA, Bush payroll tax cuts, Affordable Care Act. We’ll obviously see with these latest tax cuts. I’ve always been of the opinion it takes a couple years to see the effects of large policy change

to your point - our economic recovery since 2008 has been impressive. Obviously credit can be given to a wide range (will now block ears from angry political talk).

I hope it is a very politically motivated and angry record. Certainly plenty of topics in the news to inspire such.

For the record, Bush cut income taxes, not payroll taxes.  Obama cut payroll taxes cut as part of a deal to allow the continuation of the Bush income tax cuts (which were set to expire) for people below a certain income threshold.

They should just play Bushleaguer because it is a kick as song. Both lyrically and musically.

But also because the US political scene is a out of control dumpster fire.
