    It is already pretty much set.  You would just need to finalize who is playing (swap anyone not returning out with new player), set draft time, and finalize your collection approach.
    From there it is fine.
    Chasing people down to confirm they are in and then to pay in the only real pain in the ass.  League setup is easy, and pretty much done in this case.

    I might get rid of blown saves (still hate that stat, although not sure what i would replace it with). 

    I did set-up a tentative draft date for Mon. March 23 at 7pm. Can always change it but season starts on the 25th looks like.

    everyone in so far? and is Monday a good draft date? 

    As far as payment goes, i'm fine with paying venmo/paypal. Unless you guys want to do the same thing as last year and pay at the end.

    So this year would be the year we draft, knowing that keeper comes into playoffs next year?

    A heads up, unless you get confirmation that people are in I wouldn't assume it just because you dont get an "im in"
    Could end up with dead teams.
