    The yahoo one I was in had to have a minimum innings pitched in order to win some of the Pitching points.

    I realized this after the third week and my team wasn't set up that way so I lost out on a shit ton of points.  Trying to get other players was a nightmare too.

    Learning a new system proved to be a pain and going into the league never playing before already had me at a disadvantage.

    I just really like the ESPN one and get it.  I stopped playing the other one because it was so frustrating.
    Minimum IP is a must, IMO.
    Just picking a few RPs and trying to win Saves, ERA, WHIP is bs, imo.  Gaming the system.  Just like leagues that allow 8-10 moves per week...you are asking for streamers.
    I am a FB Purist.  :lol:         
    Also hate ESPN's waiver wire setup and player ranking visibility during season.
    S'ok, different strokes for different folks.
    The ERA is based off of a min innings though right?

    Also I picked up only a few starting pitchers, 2 got hurt then I was stuck with only 2 per week and averaged 18 innings.  I was in no position to get 28 ininigs out of the guys I had...

    The 8-10 moves was annoying to me too.  It was the only way I could get more points though with competing against the veterans.

    Constantly rotating pitchers in and out...

    I'd like to see a league with no backups so that the gene pool is still worth delving into.

    Can't we change the rules for some of the things you propose?

    18 innings is plenty.  I think 14-15 is enough to satisfy that you at least have some SP playing. 
    No back up players is interesting but I think part of the fun is digging deep in the draft/on the wire to try and pick up people that others are not as aware of. 
    I know you love prospects so am sure this would be an area of strength for you.
    I think we made it 4 years in a row in Scott's ESPN league but he isnt running it and I don't want to bank it/set it up.  I won the first two years before everyone else caught on to the silly setup/rules.  I think Eric, Chad, and I were the only ones that got it from the jump.

    It was one of 5 leagues I was in last year - could use to prune that back to 2-3. 

    Like this group, though, so if someone else wanted to set up I am happy to help with some of the up front admin and if the rules are good would consider continuing.
