I am very disappointed in this presale process. I had the same 4-ticket issue but waited until the issue resolved itself. By that point I was able to purchase a single ticket... in section 131, as far from the stage as possible. What kind of fan club special seating is that? I might try to purchase a GA ticket on the 21st and sell this one. This was not a good experience...

It was not a smooth process with the x4 issue, that's for sure.  I wonder if someone called the box office, if you could have them re-release the tickets someone didn't want if it was a cause for financial strain?  Also, I would suggest that, in the future, the seating map for the show was more readily apparent as it appears the fan verified GA is back behind the 10C section- this really wasn't super clear at any point, at least to me.  Also had the idea that a cool merch option that might be nice is an inexpensive show specific "ticket stub" for people like me that like to collect and keep their individual ticket stubs.  This could be available inside and obviously 'not redeemable for entry' to avoid confusion with any venue personnel..   These aren't necessarily complaints- just suggestions of how to make this whole new system better for everyone..

Today was not a fan club presale.

I live here in Missoula. If anyone had to buy extras they don't want I know people who are looking. I had four good seats in section 104 and the system flushed me out after the credit card process. Basically it processed my cc and then got rid of my tickets. This happened to multiple people I know. Box office said they had to reset the ticket limit as it was entered incorrectly. May have something to do with what happened to people like me who had seats and at the end if the process had no seats. Oh well.
