Where does the general sale take place?

I have had terrible luck this week and did not win any of my entries on the drawing, and stupid me did not enter for the verified fan presale because I didn't think that I would need it. Before I get too desperate, I'm going to take a shot at the general sale. From what I have found, It looks like it will take place on tickets.com, but it is hard to tell as there are no links yet.
