What covers would you like to hear this tour?

What 5 songs do you want to see them cover this tour? Realistic covers. My girlfriend and I were talking about this last night. She's really over RITFW and we were both mehhh on Surrender. Good at Wrigley 1 but not needed at Wrigley 2 in 2016.

• Reign O'er Me
• It's Okay (give me this if they must play Daughter)
• Mother
• Comfortably Numb (gonna be hard to top seeing Ed do this with Roger Waters)
• Chloe/Crown (does this count as a cover? I reserve the right to edit)

No more surrender, comfortably numb, mother, ever.  I'm would be thrilled to see Reign O'er Me. Chloe/Crown...doesn't count but still waiting to get that one. Top 5 for me to see live. I love Baba & RITFW...but still not sure if those will ever go away. I would be open to something new and fresh. Uncle Neil -Old Man would be phenomenal but I'm sure Eddie doesn't want to ruing that damn near perfect of a song. Free Bird would be cool as well and of course Nickelbacks Photograph to play to the back...j/k.(Sarcasm)

I'd rather hear Swingin', American Girl, the Waiting, Good to be King or Mary Janes Last Dance over Won't Back Down.

  • Was a ton of covers in 2016 at Fenway so I would prefer they just stick with RITFW AND Baba.

Wooden Jesus would be cool though.

I'd like them to limit covers to one or two* per show.  They have a huge catalog and don't need a quarter of the show to be covers.

*One, though a second is cool if it's Crazy Mary, which I think most of us associate more with PJ.

No more than a couple each night. I don't consider songs like Crazy Mary or Chloe/Crown covers because they are so closely associated with the band. But playing Masters Of War, I Am A Patriot, Comfortably Numb, Draw The Line, I've Got A Feeling, and Baba O'Riley all in the same night was a bit much. I loved hearing each and every one of them but there are so many Pearl Jam songs I'd rather see in those spots.

As a more-or-less lifelong PJ and Hip fan, I would probably die if they ever did anything by Das Hips. It was huge enough when Ed tipped his hat to Gord at Wrigley a couple of years back.

I'd rather they dig out more of their own songs.

The Real Me..although I've already seen them do it once.
I actually really like it when they do Mother as well.

Hey.  Do you like Pearl Jam?

Many of us would love all original songs but facts are facts, pearl jam likes to play covers.  I'd love to hear maybe some U2 song, against the 70's by Mike Watt, la woman by the doors or maybe a new beatles cover (dear prudence would be sweet).

really anything you haven’t done yet.  Please stop playing covers you worked out the arrangement to backstage at lollapalooza ‘92.  It’s been 26 years.

I'm like an opening band for your mom.
